We are specifically looking for a full-stack engineer with strong, hands-on experience in building AI applications end-to-end, who can take ownership of development with minimal handholding. The candidate should be able to operate in a high-velocity startup environment, be technically rigorous, and take clear accountability for the quality, robustness, and maintainability of the build. They should also bring in engineering best practices from prior experience and collaborate effectively with a distributed team working across time zones.
This is a highly critical role for one of our client, and we want to ensure we get the right person.
Requirements
4–7 years of professional software engineering experience
At least 2 years building production-grade AI applications (LLM / RAG / agentic workflows) — not only PoCs or demos
Candidates should be graduates of Tier 1 universities
